About the Author
Najwa Zebian is a Lebanese-Canadian poet. Her passion for creative expression was evident from a young age as she delved into Arabic poetry and novels. She is currently teaching high school students and pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Her first book, Mind Platter gives a voice to those who need one, offers a crying shoulder for those who need someone to listen, and inspires those who need a reminder of the power that they have over their lives.

Beautifully Written

As an avid reader I can always be found with a book in hand. Books are my biggest escape I couldn't imagine a world without them. The Nectar of Pain is truly one of my favorite books I have ever read. The words that Najwa wrote will truly inspire you and stay with you. The written poems will serve me as a daily inspirational read and I believe it will do the same for you.
